Set up a site in minutes
Generate rows, bays and levels with the layout generator, or import a CSV. Print a QR label for every bay.

Walk and record
One tap for a bay without defects. For damage, tap the part on the bay drawing, enter the measurement and see the suggested class with the limit and the rule behind it.

Sign and share on site
Review, sign with your finger and lock the report. The PDF carries a fingerprint and a QR code your client can check.
Classification
The app suggests. You decide.
Green, amber and red always come with a shape and a word, so nobody mixes them up in a dim aisle or with colour-blind eyes. Every suggestion shows the limit, the rule and the rule-pack version it came from. Change any class with a reason; the report keeps both.

The limits come from your organisation's rule pack, which you set up once from your own licensed copy of EN 15635. The sample data uses placeholder limits (999 mm).

Questions
Can I try RackApp before I pay?
Yes. Click through the entire app on this page with sample data: the inspection, the signed report, the warehouse app and the client portal. No registration, nothing to install. When it fits the way you inspect, get started for €22 a year.
Does RackApp certify racks?
No. RackApp helps you document your inspection. The competent person who inspects makes every decision and signs the report. The app never says a rack is safe or compliant.
Which standard does it follow?
RackApp guides inspections in line with EN 15635, the European standard for using and maintaining steel storage equipment. It does not reproduce the standard. The limits behind each suggested class come from your organisation's rule pack, which you set up from your own copy of the standard.
Do I need mobile signal in the warehouse?
No. Inspections work fully offline and sync when you're back online.
Can my clients see the results?
Yes. Invite them to the client portal at no cost. They see the reports, follow every defect until it's fixed and can record their own weekly checks.
Which languages are available?
The app and the reports are in English and German. You can write each report in your client's language, whatever language you use the app in. More European languages will follow.
What does it cost?
€22 per inspector per year, excluding VAT. The client portal is free for your clients.
What happens to my data?
It is stored in the EU. The app on this page records what you click and type in it, without cookies, so we can improve RackApp. Email addresses and phone numbers you type are masked; please don't enter personal data here. When you sign up, we keep the details you enter to set up your account, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
